Fall Quarter 2015 Award Winner - Sara Garner
Sara Garner has owned her Paparazzi business for the past 9 months and is excited to use her $75 reward towards participation in our upcoming "A Holiday To Remember" Vendor event and to replenish some of her inventory.
Sara has been an active member of Savvy Networking Ladies since its inception in 2014 and has played an active role as a previous administrator. Additionally she has volunteered her time and materials to our yearly Fundraising Gala!
We are excited to offer this scholarship to such an active and committed member!
Winter Quarter 2015/16 Award Winner
Deanna Smith
My name is Deanna Smith, I am so honored to be the recipient of the Savvy Networking Ladies scholarship award. A little about me, I have 3 wonderful teenagers. 16 year old son-Aaron, 15 year old son- Cameron, and 13 year old daughter-Andelina. I also work full time as a Regional Trainer and Quality Assurance Specialist for Trinity Health.
I have a fairly unique hobby, I am a student Hot Air Balloon pilot! I have been crewing with hot air balloons for about 10 years, and in the past year , I have started lessons to become a pilot. My goal is to be able to purchase my own balloon within the next year so I can fly whenever I want to (and whenever the weather permits of course)I Love candles, but always worried about the children, animals, and open flames.
When I found Scentsy, having no flames but could still have the amazing scent of the candles I loved, I was instantly sold. I decided it was a great idea to be a consultant. That was almost 7 years ago. It has been a great experience and I have met so many wonderful people and made lifelong friendships because of it. Just 2 months after becoming a Scentsy consultant, I had a fire in my house. It destroyed my kitchen and I had smoke damage throughout my entire house. I'm so grateful that I can have my Scentsy and know that I have a safe alternative in my home.

Jennifer Barnett
Hello there I am Jennifer Barnett and I have been in the Boise area,Caldwell to be exact for about two years. I am originally form Colorado and relocated to the Northwest in 2012, originally located in Ontario until we completed our house in Caldwell. I am married with two children ages 11 and 8.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by profession and for the last two years stepped out of private practice to work for the Division of Behavioral Health in the Quality Assurance Unit. I have practiced for years providing therapeutic support to adults, children and families challenged by emotional and behavioral issues. I am currently
When I am not working my 9-5 job and my side gig for myself, then I am a busy mom as a co-leader of girl scouts and becoming a swim mom with many practices a week and weekend meets at local pools. I imagine that by the end of the swim year I will have natural highlights from being around so much chlorine.
I have been an Independent Consultant with Jamberry for about 15 months. I chose to embark upon this endeavor as a means to challenge myself in a different fashion than what I find in my 9-5 job. I have been amazed by the ladies in my company, but in the Direct Selling business in general. I am surrounded by a profession, direct selling that is, that illicits' the best out of people even if they are not aware of it.
Jennifer will use her $75 to help sponsor a team member and get her started with needed business supplies.

Janice Shaw
We are thrilled to announce the Fall/Winter Scholarship award will be going to Janice Shaw with Any Reason Gift Baskets! We took a very long time to make this decision as our applicants each came with a strong willingness to support our organization and better their business.

We feel that Janice is a lifelong Savvy Sister! She plans on using her $75 reward to build inventory so that she can in turn make gift baskets as donations to any of our fundraising needs as an organization as well as for our annual Gala!
